In this AU are Stacy's parents and the other adults in a japanese Highschool.
There are the adult characters Teenagers (before Stacy, Bradley and the other kids were born).
This is why she has those clothes on.

But there are some ideas for some characters: Ms. Mobley could be Pop, Stanley could be Swing, Stella could be the typical Musical genre and Bradley could be Rock or something.
These are the only characters I can imagine having genres, sorry.

Mrs. Mobley= pop country
Stanley and Stella= swing

Mrs. Salazar= Spanish mariachi band

Stickin' Around the music would be so cute! Another Stickin' Around AU could be animal version. Stacy could be a cat, Bradley could be a dog, Lanca and Russell could also be dogs but tougher dogs. Not sure what anyone else would be

In my headcanon Bradley is a bear.
I think the other Sticklers (Stella and Stanley) would also be cats.
Ms. Mobley would be a bunny, Mr. Lederhosen would be a frog, Dill would be a Parrot, Mr. Coffin would be a evil cat, Polly would be a small poodle, Mr. Doddler would be a old turtel and the Animals (like Frank, Pepperoni and ect.) would be hoomans.
(I don't know what the other characters could be.)

Miss Mobley would definitely be a bunny! I think Mr. Lederhosen would be a badger (these are all mammals in this AU) Russel would be a skunk and Lance could be a dog. I'm not sure what Mr. Doddler would be but I like your idea of him as a turtle, even though I pictured them as mammals
