Hi everyone!
(it's been a while since I last submitted something, isn't it? lol)
So here's my entry for ►►► Wabatte-Meru 's Contest! (if you haven't checked it out, you should!! >>>HERE <<<)
This was so much fun to make too hah
and without further ado I present to you:
Faeberil
The BerryGuardian Pokémon
Ability: Healer
Hidden Ability: Magic Guard
Type: Fairy/Psychic
Dex Entry
This mysterious pokemon is rarely seen, however witnesses claim that it could be observed collecting all kinds of berries because of the properties they possess in order to aid wild (or your team) pokemon when they need it. Folklore says that if you encounter a Faeberil and offer it a juicy riped berry it will grant you a wish in exchange for it.

Basically this design is based off on my twist of the Hispanic/French version of the Tooth fairy (which is actually a mouse on those tales)+some "fairy mouse" design features and ofc using berries instead of teeth lol
I will add a more elaborate-detailed description/explanation later haha (I'm really not good at all at explaining stuff) but here you have it!

Hi, Luis. I love your art. I want so desperatly to draw like this, I mean, to get the final art just like original pokemon design just like you... Can you do a tutorial about wich brushes you use, wich techniques or something? What's the size of the brush you use for the contour line?, do you use a layer in multiply with some blue/violet colour to make the shadows?... Those kind of things. I'm trying to design my own Fakemon for my own Pokemon game, and it's the best thing for me, but I get so sad when I see that is so different to the original designs style. i like the ability, very fitting. my thought for an ability would be one that allows Faeberil to steal ally's held berries to heal themselves. i guess i have a selfish outlook though haha

and yeah I pretty much thought this same thing, but indeed, it would've been a bit too evil-ish haha so i pretty much went in the opposite direction with it lol
