Suggestion: What if the final evolution.. he becomes a big shell tank, the shell becomes the one that is alive and his feet is the snail part.

The top left of the picture says "Parfunk's Evolution Chain" rather than "Shellpak's Evolution Chain".
Neat idea, though! My only nitpick is that Tactisnail's body looks a little too much like just a bigger version of Shellpak's. Maybe give it a darker color scheme like military camo dark greens and browns? I do like the shell becoming more ornate, though, and now I'm wondering if it can become weaponized with those spikes becoming gun turrets!

and yeah I went with a body shape more on the simplistic side on them cuz the main focus is actually the shells and not really the body, and yeah I also thought of the weaponizing, it could make sense and would look pretty cool indeed haha
