I couldn't figure out what it was photographed on, peeling paint?
Then I looked down and realized that it was a painting. This piece is stunning and extremely realistic.

jejeje, muchas gracias, en cuanto al realismo, creo que es una tendencia sobre mi trabajo pero implica mΓ‘s un gusto que un recurso tΓ©cnico (...), aunque definitivamente me gustaria explorarlo, por aquello de "oh se ve tan real", creo que en este cuadro en particular es algo evidente, pero no sΓ© que tanto es la foto y que tanto obtienes eso viendolo en vivo, lo digo porque mucha gente comenta sobre cuan real se ve, muchas gracias por tu comentario!

Don't worry about it dude, you're already at level 10 in kudos points. Getting a DD makes you jump 5 levels.

thanks, sure, wouldnΒ΄t know what the exact translation would be, but a "escapulario" is a religious efigy, itΒ΄s an emblem in the catholic ritual, many of my family wear it, i have too for a while, the name just came to me as the figure itself resembled a cruxifiction.
