Sure thing. It's a mix between three themes that i put together to become like this.

i think so, you can try and rename the icon's names in the icons folder.
in case you don't know how to, download and install winscp onto your computer or install iFiles from cydia directly to your device.
after that, go to: /private/var/stash/Themes.XXXXXX/Suave.theme/Icons/ and you should be able to see all the icons there.

Just learned and did some 2g(4.0)MC iPod Touch model JailBreaking which wasn't possible before.
