I really wanted this piece to come out smooth and cohesive since it was made for my decade wrap up. I wanted the final piece in the decade to be my best, you know?

Oh those I wonder if I would ever do that but with the way I kept my files for art I doubt it.
Think the only drawings I kept organize was original characters for my own stories, and oh man have those changed drastically since highschool to college.

most of my pictures were already on my dA, or I could hunt around on old accounts elsewhere to find them
but i also just have boxes of old sketchbooks lying around in the attic tbh
Personally I enjoy redrawing old pieces more than I like just looking back at them, but I figured since it was a new decade and all, I should go for it haha

Mine from old computers are gone, think most of my traditional stuff on paper is all over and been throwing out alot or keeping some.

old old digital stuff is mostly gone for me too
but most of my old traditional stuff is in sketchbooks that I keep in boxes, so I have that covered at least
for me, I really like going back and redoing my old stuff tho, it helps me feel excited about my progress, so I make a point of saving things for at least a little while so I can look at it later and decide if it's something worth redoing

Not everyone enjoys it, but I always have a good time redoing old pieces
it's like reliving the enjoyment I got the first time I did it and getting excited about how I've grown and changed since then
