it's took me ages(more than 100hrs), started in spring '12 and finished few days ago (fall '13)
format A3, merged from four scans, slightly edited contrast and some highlight, cause scans look so pale!
mostly used my hands, mech. pencils HB & 2B and tons of smudging tools..
it's far from perfect, but I'm satisfied.. horever one thing drives me crazy and will probably chase me in my nightmares till I die.. I put her mouth pretty low and it's look so odd.. atleast for me

Brilliant work - well worth the long hours - absolutely love the Octopus's tentacle 'suckers', and the water droplets on her shoulder finish the drawing off to perfection - wonderful

I like the mouth in yours better, I think her expression more suits the subject. She's a bit more serious and scary! Sometimes when we deviate from the reference a bit, we make it better. Someone pointed that out to me once, and I never worry about it anymore
