Edit: I fixed the shading on the dress because it was annoying the hell out of meArt trade with
This is her OC Miyu, isn't she adorable! >w<
I had so much fun drawing her! As you can probably see since I even added a small theme to the drawing x3 I saw that she was a very sleepy girl so what goes with sleep? dreams! So I attempted a very dreamlike Background, where there's not much detail and everything a little blurry but there's just enough to identify what it is. Then I also added bubbles because, well why not?
I also experimented a little with my style here too, I tried a more cell shaded colouring, but fear not! The sparkles will remain!

I'm really happy you like the BG, it took me a while to get it right and even in the end I still wasn't sure if it went well together
