I forget how buried away my photos are in my archives until someone asks me to fish one out. Was shot 1/100th of a second, 100mm @ f2.8

Took it on my old 20D and did a 5 frame burst when I turned the light on, this was the 2nd shot in the sequence - though first attempt at photographing it, wasnt sure what was going to happen.

sorry about the late reply. It pretty much involved cracking the glass and turning it on - thats about it really. Used a tripod and 2 flashes to light it
