1. Lou Gubrious: Yes, I actually added him in this list. Because he changed the way I see The Powerpuff Girls, and he also changed my life, and I'm the first and only person who's life was changed by him, and it is very rare for this to happen. My obsession with him will remain permanent and he is making me forget the main characters existed. (This is the best description on this list.)
