So I have been playing Pokemon Prism recently and I finally was able to encounter Phancero, The "Eldritch Abomination" bird seen at the end of Twitch Plays Pokemon Crystal Anniversary Edition.
It's Gig is that, It's a Lost Bird that's scared of humanity and uses some sorta illusion power to scare off or drive people insane trying to hunt it. The area you even find it in doesn't even exist at all.

I'm guessing it uses it's feathers to create the whole "glitchy illusions" you've seen in game.
Basically, It's MissingNo. but made into a really creative way, it's design is very original and actually looks on par with official pokemon artwork!.
Instead of being designed around the L-Shape garbage shape being "A Mistake in the Matrixs" we have

"A Bird that can make one see things that aren't really there while dropping alot of items in the bag"

o wo so of course you're boy Luke just had to go hunt him down and make him part of my team.

Then you have Ketsuban while basically "What if you fused the 4 forms of MissingNo. into one Man Made being made of plastic like Porygon?" Phancero is basically a bird that's "Flying/Ghost type" while Ketsuban is Normal and can change into 4 different types. "Water/Ground/Flying/Ghost"

now you may ask "Well Luke how could you have played this if it wasn't available to the public?"

So despite Pokemon Prism's website being Cease and Desist by Nintendo, you can still get the ROM and Play it.. and it's being updated by a different team.
