The Ambassador of Alagadda from the SCP series
A mix of rags and splendor, chained yet not bound, mysterious and superior, the Ambassador is one of my all time SCO favourites, so just had to draw them at some point.
They're not even an SCP itself, more of a greater scope entity connected to a few of them, and entity superior to everyone, an entity for which our struggles are most amusing.
