Description
This is Midna (in her human form) from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.Yet another birthday present pic, this time for the ever so awesome
And this is yet another pic with freaky patterns, that gave me a hard time because they were slightly different on each art I found |D though this time it was both on the character and on the inside of her cloak.... but I somehow managed, and I'm rather pleased with the outcome ^^
So now I hope that ~Kodama-sama will be equally pleased with her present ^^

The sketch is actually the hardest part, it might take an hour... or it may take several attempts/hours...
The "lineart" part is the quickest, it takes about 1 hour (or sometimes less).
And then there's the coloring part, believe it or not, I only do traditionals, and I color all this with a fine-tip, and it takes from 2 to 12 hours, depending on the difficulty of the art.

Pencil sketch -> "lineart" (drawing the tribals over the sketch) -> coloring said tribals with a fine-tip

oh man, you totally should play it! it's pretty easy gameplay-wise, but the storyline is very memorable.

And I don't think I'll ever get to play it.
For starters, I do not have neither a Wii nor a Gamecube. Second, I actually have way too much games to finish as is, and a lot more coming in the near and far future.
And last, I'm not that much of a Zelda fan

I've been getting Gamecube game too, but my idiotic aftermarket controller dun busted itself somehow.

It's that and the fact that I'm not that much of a Zelda fan... I did play a few parts (Link's Awakening and Oracle of Seasons being my favourites), but that's pretty much it
Though I'm not saying it's not good or anything, just didn't really get to me

When it comes to Zelda-ish games, my top favourite is still Okami ^^
But there are other such games which are also cool like Brave Fencer Musashi or Darksiders.

As for the rest. Brave Fencer Musashi was for the god ol' PSX, and it was Square's take on making a Zelda'ish game, and I must say, it is one awesome game ^^
And Darksiders is a game for PS3/X360, and while it does play A LOT like a Zelda game, it's much more darker and serious (though there are characters like Vulgrim or the Watcher, who you can never take fully seriously

No, I said that Darksiders is a darker and more serious version of Zelda. But there are characters like Vulgrim or the Watcher, who you can't take seriously... but not because they're overpowered, it's because they provide some nice comic relief, dark humor comic relief, but still
