Description In the land of "Torukia"
Words fall to become the sand

Did you see the sea? Did you see the sea?
Guided by the waterway of thought

A proud spirit walks a proud road
A humble sprit walks a humble road
And between the two
The fog breaks over the flat land
And a song that cannot be heard
causes these spirits to vanish

In the land of "Torukia"
Words fall to become the sands
Torukia - Gabriela Robin

This I may have to redraw one day, but for now
Im unhappy with a few aspects of this, but it'll have to do
(working on it makes it worse )

hahaha ... ha hands

I love the concept and i think you pulled it off quite nicely. I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets to the point where just trying to fix what I THINK is wrong with it will be detrimental i don't feel quite so OCD anymore LOL Good work!!

This is great! I love her hair and facial expression.
Her hands aren't to bad. I probably wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't brought attention to them.

Is this one of her GITS songs? I don't recall the lyrics, but I probably wouldn't if it wasn't originally sang in English.

ah yes its a GITS song
The lyrics were a made up language "Gablish" the composer calls it

I thought I recognized the name.

I checked my sound track when I got home from work to see if it was the song I thought it was. It's such an awesome song. I didn't realize the lyrics were printed in English in the booklet until now.

Yeah, I knew Yoko Kanno liked to sing in made up languages but it's hard for me to tell which ones are made up some times.

Ah hands....I know how troublesome they are to draw

That said, I love how your sketches always have a deeper concept to them than merely the visual aspect It's very much the epitome of how pictures are worth a thousand words...

aww thanks i have a lot of conceptual ideas im not going to attempt yet
Been hording them since i was very young for some reason

I see, well I hope I get to see them eventually It's great you can remember them. I need to sketch something out soon after I think it or else it fades just as quickly as when it popped into my head

Really? Can you like hyperextend/flex them? Cause that's one of the weird feature my hands can do and my hands are kinda...pudgy
