Description
Another older piece of mine.Here, is based on an RP. After much heartbreak, loss.. sorrow, Mewtwo finally cloned a baby Mewtwo in order to carry on his species. The sixteen other's were too weak and died off slowly in their tubes.
He named him Callan (it means 'fighter') Like his father he is half Mewtwo, Mewtwo's human friend donated the human counterpart to him to make up the rest of his DNA. Callan is premature and is a small Mewtwo. Even as he grows.
Much like my cat, lol. He was born a small cat, and even though he is fully grown now he is tiny.
A moment of joy for Mewtwo, finally all his effort paid off.

I remember this art from somewhere. I think it was added in a sketchdump from your old accunt. Β It's so cute! I wonder if the Mewtwo from the anime ever had a offspring I wonder what his reaction would be. I think he would be happy about it lol. Now when there is a female Mewtwo maybe they could have a offspring togheter but they're probably still genderless as in the games so, to bad. Not even sure if male Mewtwo even still exist in the new anime since Ash doesen't quite comfirm it.Β

It probably was, I don't really remember myself. I've always liked this piece though. I've contemplated uploading old art on here that used to be on my previous account, but the majority of the time now I sit back and would rather just have everything fresh.

Lol first I say that Mewtwo is genderless and then I say "male Mewtwo" talk about confused. XD Okey, in the past when there was only one Mewtwo I guess I could "buy" the he fact that he is supposed to be genderless even if he sounds and looks 100% male to me but when the other genderless Mewtwo came along whit a female voice that's when stuff got really confusing.. What is even more confusing is why the X looks male and the Y looks female when in biology it's used to be, uh the opposite? I mean X & Y cromosomes. Why do they have to make everything so difficult lol.
Β I sure hope when X Mewtwo arrives that they're gonna use the original Mewtwo's character. I cannot say that I am fan of the new forms but I have gotten over it.

Yes he did! Some of them seemed to get stronger, then just as they did they faded away and died. He made sixteen little coffins and buried each one in the garden with a flower to commemorate them. There was sixteen clones because he made a batch of them, and the amount of blood donated from his friend was just enough to create them. In the end, he ALMOST gave up on Callan, thinking he would just meet the same fate and went to shut off his life support, but his friend stopped him at the last second when he realised the computer beeping was indicating him getting stronger, not dying! Mewtwo was the happiest he's ever been after that.

Listen up brat. If you're gonna leave a petty insult on my art then you might want to consider coming up with something worthwhile instead of something so utterly pathetic that a two year old could do better. Probably even draw better while they're at it

I always wondered if Mewtwo would do anything to ensure the continued existence of his species, since he is the only one (or one of two, because there is still this other female Mewtwo around). Callan looks so cute and tiny! *_*

This RP was quite fun when we did it! The lead up to this part was worth all the pain and heartbreak Mewtwo went through. In this Rp the female didn't exist though, just Mewtwo. He is very small ;A; He's very affectionate though!
