This piece is well done. The darker hues of black and gray are cleanly blended into the midnight blue of the piece. The flowing mane and tail appear to flow smoothly, and the white streaks are reminiscent of starlight. I also love the shading on the stockings and the hooves.
However, while the moons pop out, they appear slightly unattached to the horse. It could be the way it was intended, and I know that it is difficult to work on minuscule details on pixel art, because it is not realism. Also, the shading on the hip does not appear to be blended it fully, although that could be the style of pixel art.
Other than that, it's fantastic, and I am quite impressed by it.
