I hate drawing backgrounds. *grumblegrumble*Also a deviant told me that some people might be confused about the flow of text in the comic. Well, if you guys are confused, it reads from left to write, like most american comics. ALSO I apologize in advance if my hand writing is shit sometimes.
On another note, if ever you guys are wondering, the next following pages will contain nothing but the old fart and Fionna, because idk, for story development, you know? The dude has got a lot of shit to explain. Just throwing it out there.

uhmz... i was gonna say something but now i forgot...mmm oh right!
with backgrounds, everyone who works by themselves is lazy about backgrounds, so it's not just you! you don't have to do a background if 1. the characters aren't going anywhere (like in panel 1. good job, but in panel 4, they're moving so it's good that you drew the BG.) if you ever get tired of constantly drawing it then maybe you should get an assistant? i know a lot of manga artists that do that so their releases come out a lot faster. but, that's just a suggestion XD

Sweetness! Backgrounds don't count! Next page just do stick trees and simple colors. The characters have to be the normal way you draw them though.

True, but for now you can be 'lazy' until you get better. You can graduly draw more detailed backgrounds as you continue your comic.
