Despite the seeming joyous escape from Turquoise, Luka has felt rather worse for the wear as he struggles to get over Isabella. Unable to sleep, the young prince decided to go out for a walk.
Felt bad for my (heart-broken) boy and wanted to do something with him. You might also notice the bruises and scar on his face, those being results of his time in the dungeon. The bruises will eventually heal away but the scar is permanent.
Feel free to have your character find him.
