Yeah I know Dragoons are actually a form of mounted cavalry... but I guess in her world it's what people called humanoid-looking dragon things, URP. Anyways, this is another character who has been collecting dust in my stash, so I figured I'd fire out a ref with what little energy I have.Additional Info:
- Yes, that's a jellyfish-like thing on her head. It doesn't come off
- She usually puffs up her chest to "intimidate" potential fighters...
- She becomes a bolt of electricity mainly for flight since she lacks wings. I'd also imagine she could power machinery, but usually doesn't at the risk of being trapped
