She's a quadriplegic Illeryian (an alien race of mine who I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN.) who was given not only cybernetic limbs but also given the ability to be SO FUCKIN FAST through intense experimentation. She can actually reach the speed of light...but...only when it's 110% necessary.
