In folklore of old, there tells of a mantra. Speak No Evil, See No Evil, and Hear no Evil. Somewhere in the depths of an unknown realm, those ideals have been twisted into their opposite, and taken on a physical form, only to be absorbed by three lost souls. See evil is talented with the judgemental eyes. He can see within the darkness, she can see through the light, they can see within the soul, it can see what isn't there. You can't hide from See Evil.

Out of the three, See Evil was the one I came up with first. The whip arm was something that stuck with me for some reason. I wanted to mix the idea of an organic helmet (similar to Verlevov) and a giant eyeball so it became this luminsecent membrane helmet hat has omnivision. The membrane eye moves independantly of the head's eyes but See Evil always sees through both.

lmao this SORTA fits with the challenge of my own urban legend, in a way ahhahahha.
