Circe is a part of team that collects people who have recently 'turned' into something rather unhuman, either from supernatural, alien, or other means before there's a public disturbance. She's a bit of a motherly figure, opting to show these new, usually scared individuals a face of kindness before they're faced with their brave new world. It adds a layer of familiarity when she herself is a werewolf. She's kind of just a giant lap dog.

Welp it's that time of year again! October AND CDC! I'm gonna try and push myself on my designs on structure, as well as have them a little fleshed out rather than just being designs. We'll see.
