OH MY GOSH! FINALLY! ....this painting was originally from 2015.....freaking 2015!
(But as well as a few others...I never came around to finish it for some reason.)
Whatever...I'm glad that it is done now.
About the characters: These are Leyla the human girl and Asura the demonic dragon....

Leyla was a normal girl until she accidentally disturbs a ritual to seal the dangerous demon-dragon Azura.
The dragon quickly took her chance and possessed the young girl. Leyla's hair turned blue and her eyes blood-red...
