The pool is part of the Hydroa girl (or lake-shifter, I'm not sure which yet) Perin's body. She controls it like a vehicle/body thingy.

Each character has their own little place to let their personalities shine through! I just look at this and hear all the commotion and noise, and I really like how much thought you've put into placing everybody where they are.
