Latest piece! Been wanting to draw something with an asian theme/vibe lately and was like, lets do this ! I'm not exactly sure what he'd be. I was thinking of a ninja but then also a samurai. I guess hes a combination of both. The green kanji symbol on his shoulder (力) means power and clearly this guy is about power. Anyhow the technique was similar to the last piece I did but it was taken further with this one, however unlike the previous one I didn't refine the sketch into a lineart. I kept the roughness in and just colored right over it. I like the new techniques I explored in this one but sort of like the refined lineart look of the last. Maybe I'll try a combination next time?
