One last art of 2017! I noticed from my yearly summary that I don't do enough backgrounds, so this is me trying to fix that. Ref'd from a screenshot. If you thought she looked like Felicity Jones you were right; I used her as reference.One of these days I'll draw book Ciri because as much as I love her, her ingame model is *not* dressed practically.

Duuuude. Wow. You outdid yourself with this, what program did you use? I really love the coloring on her lips and how well you create the feeling of shapeliness with your painting. The background adds a great deal of depth too, I love the brush you used for the foliage on the trees!! The colors used in the bg merge really well with the foreground and they are both distinctly very appealing without taking over one another. The focus is still very clear. The sharp blue shadows are beautiful and I really like that little bridge coming up over her haha I'm absolute shite at putting words to things but basically I like this very very much!

Thank you so much! (((: I'm glad you liked the colors because I struggled with them so much lol. I'm out of practice painting landscapes so I feel like my color picking skills haven't developed as much yet in that area so my backgrounds look kind of flat and...childlike? I used Photoshop Elements for this.

I've never pictured Ciri looking similar to Felicity Jones but here it looks nice. Great work with shading
