i love smeargle!
and actually, smeargle have pretty long tails. i think its either the right size or a little to short. even nintendo has smeargle with tails long enough to resemble a glameow's tail. and glameow have really long tails.

Smeargle is my fifth favorite pokemon. 1. Arceus (can become any type based on held plate), 2. Ditto (can become any other pokemon), 3. Mew (can learn any TM/HM), 4. Dialga (what isn't there to like about the Deity of Time), 5. Smeargle (when timed right, can learn any move (even move that only 1 pokemon learns).

Hmmm... I don't really prefer Ditto in battle (most pokemon can take it out in the turn it uses transform), but if I'd be a pokΓ©mon I would want to be a Ditto.

Yes they are. One time I battled an Arceus (on Wi-fi) with a Smeargle. I used Sketch and copied Judgement Pebble
