It's always the same with Sparity neighsayers, as well as people that think he's too young to be with anyone. It's either "he's a baby dragon" but ignore his physical years. Or claim that Twilight was as old as 10-12 when she hatched him (as one person here did in regards to my original comment), which is seriously doubtful, considering both that she stated that she was only a filly at the time, as well as how young she looked in the flashback. Probably about 5-7 years at most. Not to mention, she even played games like patty cake with Princess Cadance, clearly a CHILD'S game, not one you still play at age 10-12, and looked roughly the same age in Celestia's school for gifted unicorns as she did then. But when we're not stating that, we try to argue that Spike is still depicted as being a child and that dragons age slower. All the while either ignoring or being oblivious to the fact that dragons have an unusual way of growing/aging, including some methods in which it can be sped up. And not giving a damn about the fact that Spike has taken on several big challenges, as well as definitely had his share of more mature moments, despite his childlike behaviors, and even though it's not uncommon for young teens to have childlike behaviors too.
Sure let's just drop ALL logic and pretend we know how old Twilight was at the time, based on our anti attitudes, what we want to believe, and/or false memory of the flashback. Drop all other forementioned logic too, such as his more mature moments, dragon growth/aging being unusual, or the fact that teens can have childlike behaviors also. Let's just drop ANY AND ALL plausible logic just to satisfy your biased anti attitudes. After all, we wouldn't want to waste any precious moments of your day by asking you to stop and consider said stuff, would we? -_-

I do agree with you. This is getting crazy.Β Five ladies that I saw that he has been shipped so far are Rarity, Princess Twilight Sparkle, Sweetie Belle, Starlight Glimmer and Princess Ember. It will be eight if I include Applejack, Fluttershy and Coco Pommel. The reason that I didn't include them because they are not official. I'll still go with Rarity. However, I started to change my opinion because of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls. Try and guess why I would think about it.Β

Yes, the EG version of Spike and Rarity is sick because it's bestiality, and I despise that version of the couple for that very reason. However, the MLP version of it will forever be awesome! EG is admittedly canon, but it was also stated that the two universes (the pony universe and the human universe) were meant to be separate universes. So Sparity still rules in MLP!
