As silly as it sounds, for some reason I have always pictured Rarity as this; never a white up-town girl. Though I think her daddy is the cliche white-hawaian shirt guy.

GADS YOUR HAIR. I love the shine and sweeping lines to it, she's instantly recognizable! Your human versions are SO much nicer than the ones Hasbro had made for the "movie" they did! I love the way you've drawn all her facial features, especially those lips, and the diamond earrings that are shaped like her cutie mark are perfect. <3 So glad to see your art again, I hope you'll be sticking around again?
