I mean, Sam's okay, but.... no.
Sam tries too hard to help i guess.
And she is very rude at times.
She gets angry for not being there when Danny's the one saving the world.
Sam would be dead without Danny and she still thinks he owes her.

i have doubts about the fact that Sam likes Danny for who he is and not what he represent, after all she always tries to imposed her views on Danny.
And in Phantom Planet (no matter how much people like it or not, it's canon) she is angry that Danny give up is powers because he is giving up is "uniqueness", that means the ghost powers are what make him special in her eyes and not Danny being himself. On the other hand he has valid reasons for renouncing them, now there are capable ghost hunters in town and he doesn't want to put is family in danger from possibly vindictive enemies, like it happened before.

i'm sure if you were a friend of someone with powers,you wouldn't want them to give it up,and if you watch the episode,amity park was under control so she has a point,and we all know sam is all about uniqueness so don't blame her for what she thinks and plus she said she would always be his friend no matter what but she doesn't live on the side lines and that's sam personalty but it's just a cartoon and butch hartman chose sam as danny's love interest and most ppl ship danny and sam so....

i'm not so sure about that, but it's your opinion, so it's okay.
As i said it's canon, no matter how much people like it or not, and trust me i don't like it, even because i don't like sam that much, i could ignore her hypocrisy and for the major part of the first season i liked her, but when her creator pet status became blatant i was rather against her. The third season doomed her in my eyes, with hartman shoving her down ours throat so much.

She was always like that throughout the series if one would pay attention. However, Phantom Planet was the episode that make it as blatantly obvious as the blatant favoritism she had since season 2.
But I will agree with you on one thing Butch did suck at writing female characters in this show.

Well, there IS a lot of backlash against Danny and Sam being the "One True Pairing", especially since Sam was a pretty awful friend, 'specially in that last season. Besides, the "friends since childhood get together" thing is awful cliche.
