They're Photoshopped, I'm afraid. It's very simple editing though; this image is a few years old now and it's back when I first got Photoshop and had pretty much no idea how to use it. My canines are quite sharp anyway and I just used the smudge tool to bring them down a bit further.
If you have any sort of editing software, you can get teeth to look like this! Unfortunately, it only works in photos and not real life.
