a young Robert Plant of the mighty Led Zepplini think it took about 14 hours. 11x14 on smooth bristol paper.

just the thumbnail alone is godlike, and then when you go into full view ......... no words
I also like how the hair sort of forms the boarder or the background for the pic.

holy cow!!! its funny that you mention that, i was looking at a guitar book the other day that someone gave me and it had a great pic of thin lizzy and i though it wuold be awesome to draw but the pic is way to small.
and i have a few old drawings of steve vai but since my skills have improved i havent drawn him and i really should!!

took a sneaky look see if you'd done any. i wish i had the time in between everything to pick up my pencils and paints to do some portature. yeah wait in anticipation at what your going to do next. ever tried a rock montage of people..that would be cool and also very time consuming!
