No, most everyone who draws tails on people places them WAY too high.

Tails would be an extension of your coccyx (tail bone), which ends about an inch from your butthole.

You can use a device (or simply memorize the code) with your  3ds to put the code there.  A Wii-U is not a necciesty.  Please, your  literally my last hope.  I'm "Snowman1rp", and I don't have a Wii-U (yet) but I could still do it.
