believe it or not, I initially drew both characters in their most recent uniforms; when I finished, I randomly decided to read the client's email again, and I realized that he had specifically asked for them in their 90's costumes. So I had to do a whole lot of erasing. In the end, it came out nicely!!I'm still open for commissions, so if you're interested just hit me up.
