The hair, it's pretty shiny... actually... "sparkly" is the correct word lol. Looked at it close up and it doesn't look like you have a bump map either, which makes the textures pretty flat. Here's a good image to follow, to see what I'm talking about as in good shaders [link]

But the rest of the image looks wonderful!!

the shiny hair is fixed in next one

A whole new ball game there lol, that has to do with creating a bump map (if there isn't one) by editing an existing hair texture, or editing a bump map if one exists. Hmm, I'm gonna start doing some requested lessons, this one might be a good add on, but I'll see if I have time for it.
