We did this thing in art class, where we had to finish this phrase in a peice of artwork: "Whouldn't it be a strange world if..."This was one of my ideas, though not the final one. I doodled this up, and slopped over it a mess of color. I like it enough...there's some symbolism in it, but the message is one only the veiwer can see. That is, that message is different as it pertains to whoever sees it =3

i love her expression, and the dress is simply to die for!! i also am in love with the arm stringy thing..do tell me more about this as it is very uber neat.
hmm...clouds on trees, that would indeed make it easier to keep your head in the clouds. And bunches of leaves in the sky would make every day like those days in the fall when leaves are falling everywhere. I love those days!

Lol, yeah -- you could climb a tree, and be sitting in a cloud once you'd reached the top.
No real story behind the stringy thing...just an accessory. A string round the right arm, one around the left leg, and one around the neck. Sometimes an extra round the waist too.

the only symbolism i can see in this picture is this: There is something in the girls life that is bothering her....that makes her feel diffrent from everybody else and that is what the cloud also represents. The cloud is white and the rest are all the same.
