I can't recall what her name is, but she's from D.N.Angel and I thind she has something to do with time... I'm not really sure...The main reason I wanted to draw her is because of how the dress floats, oddly enough that's how I end of picking alot of my pictures is by how the movement of the clothing or the person looks. Either that or how much detail is on it.
