strenght: Luna is fast as lightning and can charge herself with everything electrical (also lightning, which she uses most of the time). next to her lightning tricks, she also still has her scythe and she can still teleport and lift things in the air with telekinesis.
weaknesses: besides her lightning speed and being able to charge herself with electricity which makes her attacks stronger, she has not very good endurence. also she's like a walking battery, she can recharge herself with electricity with no clear limit (she might have a limit, but she hasn't reached it yet) but she can also run out of energy, which makes her unable to use her electric attacks. Luna is always recharging herself slowly but it could take a while so keeping her away from electricity wouldn't work. but short circuiting her with water is one of the easiest ways to make her run out of electricity.

explenation about:
Hyper Charged Luna (HC Luna): when Luna is hyper charged, it basicly means that she has absorbed more energy than she can control, so it overloads her body and mind. when hyper charged, her body becomes electricity, making it not solid anymore. Luna also becomes more destructive and insane because the electricity is overloading her mind. the only ways to get her out of it, is either making her use her electric powers till it isn't overloading her anymore. this will change her back to normal. the other way is to short circuit her with water, thou this will change her in her depowered state.

Depowered Luna: when Luna gets short circuited by water, she loses all her electricity. when depowered, Luna seems distracted and just half aware of everything and lacks her usual energy. this usually stays between 1 day and 2 weeks, depends if she has electricity has to absorb or not.

- both drinking coffee or absorbing much electricity can make her go hyper.
- when Luna is in panic, mad, sad or freaking out, you can see sparks of electricity coming off of her fur, touching her will give you a electric shock.
- absorbing a high amout of electricity can hyper charge her. What this will do will be explained later
- the Rebel Hoodie Luna has is the same as Chrissy The Eevee from (i asked Chrissie if i could have it for her and she said it was okay. main reason i did this is because of inside jokes from RotS)
