Yea...so you are probably familiar with that Rudolph the red nosed reindeer story. A reindeer who's born with a shiny red nosed blah blah blah you get the point. I decided to draw the 1964 version angry at the 1998 version for copying him lol.The 98 version was created by good times entertainment who's well known for ripping off other movies. They called it Rudolph the red nosed reindeer "the movie". Well it's a weird version of the story. The animation isn't that bad but it's not good enough for a theatrical release. That's right it was released theatrically. Check it out if you want. I watched Phelous review it.

You should've added the original Rudolph from the 1944 Fleischer version saying that both of them owe their existence to him anyway.
It is true that the majority of Goodtimes' films were just knock offs of animated Disney features (and a few others). (Their strategy was to trick well meaning parents and grandparents into getting their version instead of the highly anticipated one.) The 1998 version does have a few unique pluses but if I was in charge, I would've had things done differently.

About which version is superior? Probably. The 1998 version should've been released direct to video or TV.
