Luna using her moveset, which consists of:
I felt like drawing her various moves into one picture this most likely takes palace not too far off school grounds, like at a nearby lake or something...the reason the aura around her eyes is a different colour than her regular purple aura is because of Moonblast. I always pictured the move to turn her aura more blue, whereas regular would be purple (like with Psyshock).Β

Gen 5 and below, yes. Gen 6 they removed move tutors and shards, taking away a Gardevoir's ability to learn said move. You can still legit use a Garde that has Fire Punch in Gen 6 games though.Β

Well flames can be use for making a ton of stuff, you can re-shape it how you want, not to mention the sparks also put up a nice light show~
