Nagisa Momoe is from Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie 3: Rebellion
Sayaka Miki is from Puella Magi Madoka Magica (and she's in the movies, of course)
Izuku Midoriya (Deku) is from My Hero Academia.
Alright now that that's all done...
This is a crossover au (I guess) between the Puella Magi and Hero Academia worlds. In which Nagisa Momoe and Eri meet and become best friends (because they are close in age and have similar baggage)
As shown in Rebellion, now that Sayaka and Nagisa are part of the Law of Cycles they can switch from and control their witch forms freely. In this case, Nagisa decides to give Eri a joyride in one of her witch forms. Of course it's probably not the safest thing to do, but Eri is fine in the end so it doesn't matter. As long as they never pull that stunt again, so says Deku and Sayaka. Nagisa, did not fare so well, she is now dizzy from giving too many loopty loops. She'll be fine tho
