I like how shading or value in the drawing, which is helping some of the expect of the drawing. I feel it need a little something to help support the drawing. The knife is a not proportionate, but whatever.

Yeah, I don't really shade my drawings (not yet at least), and I'm not good at drawing knives either.

I would advise gesture technique, because it may help you get a good idea of how you proportion is being play with you eyes and how to train it to your advantage.
