Description
This is my first time drawing an HTF OC on my computer, so it's not quite perfect. Flutters will undergo some changes before her debut on Lunar Flare 18+. Her basic personality is cheerful, yet mysterious at times. She has two tails, which she can use as wings... or at times, as whips. When not in her home reading, she is often found in a quiet lake, where she often bathes in the full moon, or she might be practicing her magic skills. Flutters is actually a sorceress, and often mixes tonics that can cure tough ailments--including Flippy's flip-outs. She created what Flippy calls "miracle pills" that can halt a flip-out at the first sign. She is even his support source, and tells him he and Flaky are a surprisingly good match. She also encourages Flaky to stay by his side during the fight against the deforestation incident, so he can protect her.
Flutters does not yet have a Forest Guardian, but I'm hoping to design one when her final concept is developed.
The base was made by Neenagirl2220, and I added the details myself. Again, this is the first edition of the character, and she will change gradually as I work toward the final concept.
