I think having an all powerful tentacle monster as your familiar would really be beneficial, as long as it doesn't have the tendency to suddenly rape you, which in history of hentai, very unlikely.

In retrospect, any kind of helpers, those tentacles are practically lots and lots of limbs. If Sakuya can train it to clean the SDM, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't mind occasionally 'satisfying' it in return for the much needed free time.
