Page 7 and Reimu is still in Scarlet Devil Mansion. This is my favourite page featuring Reimu in multitudes of costumes transpired from Remilia's wild desire. Although, I don't quite remember why did I decide to make Remilia as some kinda pervert. I guess maybe it was just for the sake of having some fanservice.And don't ask me where Remilia get those costumes.

the serafuku mizugi combo somehow reminds me of Habanero 4 komas(if I was not wrong on the name)
there happens to be a character who wear a over-revealing sailor uniform and somehow forgot to wear her skirt most of the time in the series.

I think you meant Milk-san from Habanero, the one wearing unbuttoned serafuku,no skirt and striped underwear, right?
You must be talking about Strike Witches, where every of the 'witches' wears no pants/skirt at all and the lead character is a Japanese and she wears exactly only serafuku+school mizugi combo throughout the series.
