Wouldn't increasing air resistance make you go slower tho? With tougher air, your body would have more difficulty traversing it.

Yeah, I meant aerodynamic but I couldn't come up with the word at the time. Anyway, the joke was that the 'speed' mode added surface area, thus reducing the aerodynamic, essentially making her slower.
