I originally just put this on Pixiv because I had mixed feelings about it, but then I, uh, got some sort of... notification about a... ranking? I don't know exactly, Google Translate is iffy.
But, um, it seemed like a congratulatory message, so yeah!

'Course, the fact it's under "Rookie" means it's probably not that much of a big deal at all, but hey!
This is meant to be the first time using the Song of Time in Majora's Mask, with Link and Tatl glimpsing the end of the world briefly before being flung back into the more serene setting of the Clock Tower.

What you said in the description, that it's them glimsing the end of the world before being flung back in time to when the world was still normal, and then looking at your piece of art, and seeing the flames on his feet and body, and his distraught face, aw it's just so good.

This picture blows me away, but I'm starting to wonder.
If Link is sent back in time by three days, from which he had just arrived for the first time, wouldn't Link meet his past-self? Or see other Links running up and down Termina?
Argh, that's just the crazyness and not-make-sense stuff about Zelda games. I mean, take the Iron Boots for example. You'll know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.

Oh yes, I do! xD I guess... alternate timelines / parallel realities or somesuch? But! If you're interested in the idea of Majora's Mask but with past / future Links and Tatls co-existing at once, I found a really damn good novelisation a while back that used that premise! It's called "Insomnia": [link] You might like it, haha. :3

I've already read the whole thing now. ...eeh. That happy looks really creepy.
It's also really clever how the FF is set that there is no Happy Mask Salesman (D'OH!) but instead that Link learns the song by the gears of the tower.
