Her jaw is very sharp, even concave in shape. try making it more round than straight. I might turn down the shading near her cheek too, smooth it out a bit. Her cheek sticks out far too much I think. Lastly, id dullen the nose. make it more of a water ripple than a spike. Something else you might find interesting to toy with, if you widened the face it would also add a more feminine look to it. The only problem with that is that it gives the face a more innocent feel to it which might not be what you are going for.
Keep practicing though, you still do photoshop effects much better than me. ^_^
