Edit: Completely forgot to draw the straps on her straitjacket, fixed that now.
Got inspired by an image I saw the other day and wanted to try to draw these two again so if it looks familiar that's why. Also Malyce isn't in control for once as per request of my husband who wanted to see one of her other personalities in control so here is Alyce the original personality of Alyson's body. Alyce is the happy side of Alyson so that's why she's smiling in case anyone was wondering. Erwin looks evil for once too and that was fun to try to do since I usually don't draw him the way he's supposed to look. XD Lastly I wanted to show off one of Alyson's powers but half way failed as I didn't really know how to draw the magnetic wave/power/thing that connects her hand to Erwin's scalpel so meh it's just floating now.
Made a different version though I'm not sure how I feel about it.

First off, holy shit those hands. That hair. Just how? How do you make them look so good?
Second, is there some sort of plot the guy has that involves his hands being around her neck? Not much of a complaint, just curious on the scenario that may have led to that moment. I do that a lot with many art pieces.

Practice and I guess lots of patience and time since it took me a long time to do this piece.
Well the reason that he has his hands around her neck is in case she for some reason tries to use the scalpel on him, though with Alyce in control that would never happen. Mostly it's cause the image I was inspired by had the male character holding the female like that which for some reason seemed fitting for how Alyson and Erwin's relationship works so I went with it. Also in the rp I'm currently doing with my husband Erwin did at one point choke Alyson when one of her more sadistic murderous personalities took over, though it ended up turning sexual quickly as she enjoyed it too much.

That last part doesn't really sound all that good. Like honestly, why? The storyline explanation sound good though. Of course, I was thinking it was because he wants to make sure she doesn't slit her throat, but yours works too.
