This character takes part in a pRPG, the OC's creator positioning her as an honest and faithful pegasus.
In the picture shows the moment of Weaty's life. She works in local department of the weather patrol of Equestria, where she has to monitor the one in the area and provide a truthful weather forecast.

Wheaty here in flying jacket (and a white scarf or collar).

Weather patrol emblem on the chest has its prototype. Font was also selected not the case: mare's name written by "traditional letter", and such "Latin letter" - the name of the service. She has something like a medal, too, it can be a special mark of distinction (eg, the level of employee or icon, indicating a scope of his duties)
